Double: $104 per night plus tax

Add $10 to the base rate for 3rd and 4th guests in the room. No charge for the 2nd guest.

Parking
Parking is free and plentiful at the Hilton Garden Inn. Those who are staying overnight at the Illini Union will receive a complimentary pass to park in the lot adjacent to the Illini Union. For those not staying at the Illini Union, we recommend you park in one of the nearby lots that are free on weekends: Lot D-1, Lot D-5 (the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts garage), or Lot D-6, all at the intersection of Illinois St. & Goodwin Ave. in Urbana. There is also limited metered parking on nearby streets surrounding the Illini Union. Please be sure to follow all posted signs to ensure your vehicle is not ticketed or towed.Transportation
Please plan accordingly as we will be at the Hilton Garden Inn on Friday evening and at the Illini Union on Saturday and Sunday. The two venues are 1.5 miles apart (8-minute drive or 30-minute walk), and a map will be included in your program.
Limited shuttle transportation will be available for those who do not have a vehicle with them and are not able to walk or car pool with others. The shuttles will make loops between the Illini Union circle drive, Hilton Garden Inn Conference Center, and Home2 Suites during the following times:
- Friday: 3:45-7:00 pm & 8:30-9:30 pm
- Saturday: 7:15-8:00 am & 6:15-7:15 pm
- Sunday: 7:15-8:30 am & 11:45 am-12:45 pm
The shuttles have a sign in the window that says “MMPC Shuttle”.

There are a variety of child care options available in the Champaign-Urbana area for those that will need it during the conference.
