Abstract Submission

In the submission form, you will be asked to upload your abstract as a Microsoft Word doc file. Your file name must not contain any spaces, underscores or special characters. We suggest naming it something simple like "YourLastNameFirstName1.doc".

 

Submission Deadline: August 1, 2016 extended to August 15, 2016

 

Note: No one is allowed to present two posters, but a given author may be on multiple posters.

Printed posters should be a maximum of 4' x 4' (4-feet by 4-feet, or 48-inches by 48-inches) in size. Poster numbers and push pins will be provided.

Abstract Guidelines

Please format your abstract according to the following:

Title in Bold; Align Left; Use Times New Roman at a Font Size of 12 Point Throughout Abstract, Do Not Use Abbreviations in Title

     Paragraph one starts with an indent after skipping one blank line from the authors’ addresses.  The asterisk for Authortwo indicates that he will be the poster presenter, and the e-mail address at the end of the address list is for this person.  Addresses are separated by semi-colons.  Align Left.  Use one-inch (or 2.54 cm) margins all around.  Text of abstract (excluding title, names, and addresses) is 300 words maximum.
