Poster Instructions

Printed posters should be a maximum of 4' x 4' (4-feet by 4-feet, or 48-inches by 48-inches) in size. Poster numbers and push pins will be provided.

The poster session will be held in the Illini Union Ballroom located on the second floor of the Illini Union. Posters should be hung on the board corresponding to your abstract number. Posters can be put up beginning Saturday morning and must be removed at the end of the day. Please be available next to your poster during you scheduled presentation time.

Odd-numbered posters (e.g. 1, 3, 5...) will be presented during Poster Session #1 on Saturday from 12:45-2:15 pm.
