Abstract Submission

To present your research in this conference, you can submit (i) an abstract alone or (ii) an abstract with an accompanying full paper. Both abstracts and papers will be published as part of a conference proceedings and will be assigned a permanent identifier/URL that can be used for citation and indexed in Google scholar.

Note that accepted papers and abstracts must be presented during the conference to be published in the proceedings or a special issue. Among submitted papers, selected papers will be invited to submit an extended manuscript for publication in the special issue of an international journal.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please submit a maximum one-page abstract by May 15, 2023, for consideration.

Please submit your abstract via email to riskanalysis@illinois.edu

The abstract should not exceed 500 words (excluding title and authors' names and affiliations), explaining the key concepts of the research. Tables and figures should not be included in the abstract. The title should not contain abbreviations.All abstract submissions must follow all guidelines provided in the Abstract Template for consideration.

Paper Submission

For the accepted abstracts, authors will have the option to submit a full paper. The deadline for full paper submissions can be found in the "Important Dates" tab. The full manuscript should be between 8 to 10 pages and should adhere to the provided template.
