Call for Sponsors/Exhibitors

The ESAAPG Sponsorship and Exhibitor Committee would like to provide you with the opportunity to help support the 51st Annual Meeting of the Eastern Section American Association of Petroleum Geologists (ESAAPG). The Illinois Geological Society and the Illinois State Geological Survey are co-hosting the Eastern Section meeting at the I Hotel and Conference Center on the University of Illinois campus in Champaign, Illinois October 24-26, 2022.

The annual ESAAPG meeting brings in hundreds of professionals and companies from all over the Eastern Section, which is comprised of states east of the Mississippi River (not including the Gulf Coast). This is a wonderful opportunity for your company/organization to help sponsor this conference and showcase your products and expertise in our lively exhibit hall. Sponsorship and attendance at this conference can help advertise and expand your network throughout the Eastern U.S.

There are many ways to show your support fort this event; please consider an overall sponsorship at any level, a directed sponsorship or an exhibit booth rental. With your sponsorship we will immediately upload your logo to the meeting website so that everyone can acknowledge your support of this scientific event. Sponsorships will be available through August 15, 2022.

Overall sponsorship levels range from $5000 to $250 and include meeting registration(s), recognition on conference website, signage, attendee packet, and verbal recognition at opening session(s). Directed sponsorships can include Student Expo, Icebreaker, Core Workshop events as well as tote bags, badge lanyards, and catering. Please see the information link below for further details.

Exhibtors will be set-up in the Illinois Ballroom which is the main venue for entertainment, catering, and posters. This will allow for maximum visibility and engagement with attendees. Booth rentals range in price from the commercial rates of $1000-$500 to $350 for non-profits. Please see the information link below for further details.
