Call for Abstracts
Update: Paper Submission
Author submission instructions:All submissions to IRRMA are eligible for peer-reviewed publication in a special edition of Radiation Physics and Chemistry. Please note that only submissions that were actually presented at the conference will be permitted to be submitted to the journal. Those papers that were not presented will be rejected without review. In order to count as presented, one of the authors must have either given the oral presentation or have been present at the poster presentation of the paper.

To ensure your manuscript is correctly identified for the IRRMA special issue, please be sure to indicate the name of the special issue when you upload: SI: IRRMA X Proceedings.
All papers must be submitted by July 31, 2017.

You will be asked to provide the Title, Author Names and Institutions, Presenter Name and Email, and Abstract Body. You will also be required to upload a two-page summary (PDF file).
Want to submit more than one abstract? After submitting your first one, return to the submission form and enter your email, but when the system recognizes it, do not enter your password. Instead, click the "Start a new registration" link just off to the right.

Invited Lectures
Invited lectures will be 30 minutres in length including time for questions.

Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will be 20 minutes in length including time for questions. Please adhere to the scheduled time limit.
A laptop and wireless presentation remote will be provided. It is highly recommended that you do not use your own laptop.
A speaker ready room will be available.
Poster Presentations
Posters should be printed according to the A0 standard size of 46.8 x 33.1 inches (118.9 x 84.1 cm). This is landscape style.
Poster numbers and push pins will be provided to affix your poster to the board.
Setup: Beginning Monday morning at 10:00 am (July 10th)
Teardown: Wednesday by 1:00 pm (July 12th)
