Registration

2022 Fee Structure

The 2023 rates are expected to be similar if not the same.

• In-Person Early Bird Rate (ends April 16): $99
• In-Person Regular Rate (ends May 16): $109
• In-Person Late/On-site Rate: $125
• Virtual Participant Rate: $49 (includes plenary sessions on both days plus all 7 hyflex sessions)
• Pre-Conference Workshop: $30 (New this year: There is no separate fee for the workshops. All are included in the fees listed above.)

The in-person rates include access to all sessions and networking opportunities, plus lunch and refreshments on both days.

Note that all session and poster presenters are expected to register and pay the early bird rate. One presenter per pre-conference workshop may register for free.

Group Registration: In the form, when you get to the Registration Summary screen for the first person, you will see a blue "Add Group Member" button. Once you have added all of your group members (max is 30), you can proceed to the Payment screen.

Payment Options

Payment can be made via credit card, check (payable to University of Illinois), purchase order, or University of Illinois C-FOP.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund less a 10% processing fee will be honored for cancellation requestsmade to Michelle Marquart on or before May 16. No refunds after May 16. Substitutions are allowed at any time.
