General Information

The University of Illinois (UIUC) is organizing the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Commodity & Energy Markets Association. CEMA 2022 will take place at the Illini Center and DPI located at 200 S. Wacker Drive in downtown Chicago (Illinois, USA) on June 21-22, 2022. It follows an established series of CEMA Annual Meetings. Information about CEMA, including prior meetings, is available at cem-a.org.

CEMA 2022 is an in-person meeting. However, if your paper is accepted and you are unable to attend in person, there will be a hybrid option so that you can present your paper.

Scope and Theme of CEMA 2022

The CEMA Annual Meetings are benchmark academic conferences, gathering researchers and practitioners engaged in the study or application of economics, finance, mathematics, operations, and risk management in commodity and energy markets. In addition to welcoming contributions in that broad space, the 2022 Annual Meeting will put a special emphasis on ESG as it relates to commodities.

June 1, 2022 Last day to register (paper will be removed from the program unless one of the authors registers by this date)
