Attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn in Urbana. To make reservations, call 217-337-1100 or fax 217-337-1143. Be sure to mention that you are attending the "SuperGrid 2" conference when making your room reservation. If you make your hotel reservations online, you MUST use the code "SGR" in the Group/Convention Code line on the form. Rooms have one king size bed or two queen size beds; please specify which type of room when making your reservation. All are non-smoking rooms. Smoking rooms are available upon request. Please visit the Urbana Hampton Inn web site for more information about the hotel and its location. (http://hamptoninn.hilton.com) Please make your reservations early - all reservations must be made by October 4, 2004. After that date the rooms will be released and available only on a space-available basis.
