Call for Exhibitors/Sponsors

FSI focuses on teaching with technology and attracts educators, instructional technologists, department and unit directors, and IT professionals from colleges and universities across Illinois, plus a few from adjoining states and even from Canada. Additionally, in recent years attendance from K-12 schools has increased. This is the 22nd year of the conference. We pride ourselves on an event that allows for significant engagement between participants, presenters, and exhibitors.

We offer various levels of sponsorship that provide excellent exposure to a rich network of higher education faculty who are interested in the impact that technology can have on their teaching as well as with department and unit directors, instructional technologists, and IT professionals.

All vendor partners will have the opportunity to promote their products and services among the 200+ faculty and technologists attending the two-day event. This will particularly be the case during breaks and luncheons. Each sponsorship level will be provided at minimum with free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Please note that this is not a traditional tradeshow; it is an academic conference with a dedicated block of time for visiting academia-related exhibitors: Thursday, May 17th from 10:30 am-11:15 am. University of Illinois rules prohibit vendors from selling products or even giving away “swag” or raffle items at FSI.
